Cancellation Policy

Please understand that every session that's booked is calendar time blocked off in our team's personal calendars. To cancel or reschedule, please email writingrounds@gmail.com. You may reschedule once with no penalty, but it must be at least 24 hours in advance. Canceled appointments receive at 50% refund if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments with no communication will not be refunded.
